Each Ruth piece is carefully handmade in limited quantities. Please allow 3–6 business days for your order to be prepared and shipped.
US domestic shipping
USPS Ground: 5–10 business days
Complimentary on U.S. orders over $250 (before tax & shipping, after discounts). Orders placed after 12PM ET on Fridays ship the following Monday
Yes, we ship to PO Boxes via USPS
International shipping
DHL Express: 7–14 business days
Customer is responsible for all duties and taxes
We do not ship to Russia at this time
Shipping fees are not waived for partial shipments
Important Notes
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled
All sale and custom pieces are final sale and non-refundable
Returns Exchange
Because each Ruth piece is made-to-order in limited quantities, we do not offer refunds.
However, we do accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery for a different design or size.
Exchange Conditions:
– Item must be unworn, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging
– Receipt or proof of purchase is required
– Exchange must be requested by emailing hello@ruthheritage.com
– A $12 shipping and restocking fee will apply
– Return shipping for exchanges must be tracked and insured
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will receive a store credit equal to your original purchase amount (excluding shipping), which you can use toward a new piece.
Please note:
– Custom items, sale items, and altered pieces are final sale
– International customers are responsible for all exchange shipping costs
– We do not accept in-person returns or exchanges
Repairs
We stand behind the craftsmanship of every Ruth piece.
We offer complimentary repairs within 12 months of purchase on all orders placed through ruthheritage.com.
Covered under complimentary repair:
– Clasp or jump ring issues
– Loose threads or elastic
– Beads detaching under normal wear
– Excessive tarnishing of 18k gold-plated components
Not covered:
– Damage caused by water, perfume, lotions, or chemical exposure
– Lost or stolen items
– Breakage from force, pulling, or bending
– Scratches, chips, or cracks on vintage coins due to misuse
After the 12-month period, repairs may still be available for a small fee depending on the evaluation.

Jewelry Care
Your Ruth piece is a reflection of heritage and artistry. Treat it with love to preserve its beauty.
To protect your jewelry:
– Keep away from water, humidity, and chemicals (perfume, lotions)
– Store it safely in the Ruth pouch or jewelry box
– Gently wipe with a soft cloth after wearing
– Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight
– Use a silica packet or anti-tarnish strip for long-term storage
